Consent details

Please read carefully and sign below I hereby grant Elizabeth G Photography, the right to use, publish, and display the photographs taken during this session for the purposes of updating her website and social media platforms. The final selection of images shall be made by Elizabeth G Photography and subject to my approval prior to any publication or distribution. No other use beyond the stated purpose shall be permitted without my prior written consent. I release Elizabeth G Photography from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of my likeness in the photographs. The photographer retains exclusive ownership rights to her artwork, and the model is strictly prohibited from altering or modifying it in any manner, as well as from selling the artwork without prior permission from the photographer. Any commercial use of the artwork by the model necessitates obtaining a commercial license from the photographer. I acknowledge that I am of legal age and have the right to enter into this agreement.
