BOOKING & CANCELLATION TERMS

Please read these terms before completing your booking.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. No place is held, reserved or guaranteed without full payment.

CONFIRMATION

Your workshop will be confirmed in writing once the cohort is complete. This workshop is intentionally kept intimate and strictly limited to 8 places offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once full, no further places will be available.

CANCELLATION BY YOU MORE THAN 4 WEEKS BEFORE

If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the workshop date, you will receive a full refund less a £35 administration fee, returned to your original payment method within 7 days.

CANCELLATION BY YOU 2 TO 4 WEEKS BEFORE

If you cancel between 2 and 4 weeks before the workshop date, a 50% refund will be issued within 7 days. The remaining 50% is non-refundable to cover costs already committed.

CANCELLATION BY YOU UNDER 2 WEEKS BEFORE

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the workshop date are non-refundable. At this stage costs are fully committed and it is unlikely your place can be filled.

TRANSFERRING YOUR PLACE

You may transfer your place to another person at any time before the workshop date at no extra charge. Simply notify us in writing with the name and contact details of the person taking your place. You are responsible for ensuring they receive all joining information.

NON-ATTENDANCE

Failure to attend on the day without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation. No refund will be issued. This applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance.

IF WE CANCEL OR POSTPONE

In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled or cannot proceed, all bookers will be contacted personally and promptly. Where possible, an alternative date will be offered in the first instance. Should a suitable alternative not be convenient or available, a full refund of your booking fee will be issued within 14 days. Please note that refunds are limited to the booking fee paid. Elizabeth G Photography accepts no responsibility for travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred in connection with your attendance. We strongly recommend checking your own travel or event cancellation cover prior to booking.
