Thank you for choosing me as your trusted photographer to capture your business head shots.

Photos are taken at your offices for a maximum of 30 people, either in your natural surroundings or on a mobile studio set up (provided by me), excluding expenses and travel at 45p per mile for locations over 20 miles (from Kings Langley, Hertfordshire).

All images taken are provided as high resolution digital files sent directly to the client via WeTransfer or Dropbox.

There is no charge for rescheduling providing you give at least 72 hours notice. However, if you provide less notice and still want to reschedule, payment for full amount will be due and a new session fee will be applicable and payable in order to secure your new appointment. Only one complimentary rescheduled session is available and must take place within three months of the original booking or will incur a new session fee.
