Meet Poppy – a talented voiceover artist, aspiring actress, singer, and musical theatre enthusiast – the UK voice in Rubble & Crew, who recently visited me for fresh headshots to capture her evolving creative journey.

Méghane is an incredible model, actress and former professional figure skater and all round just a wonderfully lovely human! She has portrayed roles in the TV series The Count of Monte Cristo, Jack Ryan and This Too Shall Pass. Absolutely loved shooting this session together!

Julia came to the studio for her actor portraits, bringing with her a quiet grace and a calm presence. Softly spoken and thoughtful, she approached the session with openness and authenticity, allowing her natural warmth and character to shine through effortlessly. It was a real pleasure to capture her subtle expressions and gentle energy, creating a set of portraits that reflect both her professionalism and the quiet strength she carries.

My shoot with Steven had a relaxed, country vibe with a rugged charm — even the rain couldn’t dampen the mood; it only added to the atmosphere, making the portraits feel raw, real, and full of character.

The very cool, Paul, is an actor and singer best known for playing Marius in Les Misérables, he toured the UK and Germany as Claude Bukowski in the 50th Anniversary Tour of Hair and originated the role of Reggie in The Dreamers. Paul is represented by Adam Mendlesohn at Narrow Road

Bianca May is no newcomer to the modelling world. With confidence beyond her years and a gaze that commands the lens, she knows exactly how to work her magic. Natural. Effortless. Unstoppable.

Gabby is an incredible performer with a background that spans musical theatre, acting, and dance. She is currently performing in the musical adaptation of Devil Wears Prada in the West End.

It was an absolute thrill to have Paul in my studio for a portrait session, especially with the excitement building around the release of the latest Mission: Impossible film, in which he stars. Paul brought a mix of intensity, warmth, and professionalism to the shoot that made every frame feel cinematic in its own right.

Noa is a talented and captivating actress with credits on both stage and screen, currently starring in Green by Meg Schadler.

Meet Omari — a trailblazing teenage chef, entrepreneur, and proud dyslexia ambassador who’s changing the face of food and advocacy. At just 16, Omari has already founded his own vegan brand, authored a cookbook, and appeared on national TV, all while championing the power of neurodiversity.

James is a composer who has an ability to weave intricate melodies with raw emotion.

From film scores to bespoke compositions, James’s work is defined by a deep understanding of mood, texture, and rhythm. His ability to blend classical influences with contemporary tones makes his music both timeless and innovative.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with James in the studio, we had so much fun creating portraits that reflect his musical artistry.

Ema is an actress who has appeared in films such as "The Cadillac", "Behave" and "Treasure Hunt" In addition to her acting career, she is a very talented, professional painter.

Portraiture is so much more than the arrangement of light and shadow; it is an act of storytelling.

This is not just a portrait; it’s a moment suspended in time, rich with symbolism and suggestion. The apple becomes more than a prop—it hints at choices, knowledge, temptation, or playfulness, depending on the viewer’s gaze. Through this image, we’re invited to pause, reflect, and engage with the unspoken story unfolding just beneath the surface.

With credits like School of Rock and The King and I tour under his belt—not to mention voicing Snuff in the animated Quentin Blake classic—Max showed up with all the stage presence and attitude of someone who’s been in the game far beyond his years. Effortlessly cool, polite, totally grounded, and razor-sharp in front of the lens. This is a kid who doesn’t just perform—he inhabits the spotlight.

Sophie, is a beautiful talent performing arts student affiliated with Emil Dale Academy. Notably, Sophie performed as a dancer in a production of Sleeping Beauty, the Dance Captain in Carrie the Musical as well as appearing in a short film titled Afterglow.

Some of you have followed my photographic journey over the last decade (and beyond), witnessing more recently how it has evolved and expanded into new creative explorations.

I really feel that a portrait is more than just a face; it’s the echo of a soul, a whisper of untold stories.

In this session, the very lovely Lydia helped me to capture not just her appearance, but depth, emotion, and her essence.

George is a true renaissance man, seamlessly blending his roles as a gentleman, father, mason, photographer, and model. His passion for the arts, poetry, music, and books shone through in every frame, adding a unique depth to his presence. Capturing him was a journey through layers of creativity and intellect, with his refined taste and multifaceted interests made him an absolute delight to work with.

Syama seamlessly blends her British and Italian heritage into a captivating acting career, appearing on both stage and screen, with notable performances in "The Land of Women" and "Here Now".

Jules is a multifaceted talent, known for his work as an actor, model, and singer. With a captivating on-screen presence, he has starred in notable television dramas, including Holby City, Agatha Raisin and The Royals.

Beyond acting, Jules has a strong background in music as a former member of the classical vocal group Blake. During our studio session, Jules brought a refined yet relaxed energy, resulting in a striking collection of images.
