Isabelle - Turning 13 and celebrating her Bat Mitzvah

My incredible journey with the McRae's started about 5 years ago, when Jackie contacted me to photograph her daughter Charlotte's Bat Mitzvah.

I was delighted when Jackie got back in touch again a few years later and booked me to photograph her son, Alex, for his Bah Mitzvah too.  This time, not only did we capture the important reading of the Torah at the Synagogue, but we also created some amazing images that captured Alex's passions and interests in the studio as well. 

Now, here we are, 5 years on and I was absolutely thrilled when Jackie invited me to photograph her youngest daughter's big celebrations!  Isabelle, who was this little tiny dot when I first met her all those years ago, has changed so much. She's grown into such a confident, intelligent young woman, but still has her crazy humour, as do all of her fabulous siblings!  Again, we documented Izzy's readings at the Synagogue, then dancing with her friends and family at her after party and finally created some gorgeous fine art images in the studio too.

Thank you Jackie, for continuing to put your trust and faith in me to document all of your children's special moments.  Not only have you been my most fun family to work with, but you have all become such wonderful, warm and special friends too!
